Some buying agents may be motivated to use certain agents to keep them happy rather than look at the whole market and we can assure you that we do not do this because your purchase depends on us doing researching the total market available.
We keep sale prices lower by negotiating deals with local estate agents and property owners. With our considerable experience of buying, sourcing and selling properties in Italy we are familiar with the type of problems that you are likely to experience, we can therefore foresee and in turn, prevent them.
Sol-Italia can also introduce you to a variety of experts such as architects and builders all of who will be happy to assist with renovations and redecorations.
