When it comes to the negotiation process, we are not tied down exclusively to any one agency, we deal on behalf of the buyer, with the Italian agent or contact, who is selling the property.

Some buying agents may be motivated to use certain agents to keep them happy rather than look at the whole market and we can assure you that we do not do this because your purchase depends on us doing researching  the total market available.

We keep sale prices lower by negotiating deals with local estate agents and property owners. With our  considerable experience of buying, sourcing and selling properties in Italy we are familiar with the type of problems that you are likely to experience, we can therefore foresee and in turn, prevent them.
